Restaurant Style Salsa

Quick, easy, and so much better than jarred!  Makes about 3 cups.

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can diced fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 1 10 oz can Rotel original diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 1/4 onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 cups cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, ribs/stems/seeds removed (use 2 for more heat)
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender or food processor and process until desired consistency.  Will taste even better after 2 – 3 hours in the refrigerator!
